Is it possible to completely overcome procrastination using apps?
At this point I’m honestly questioning whether it’s even possible to fully get rid of procrastination just by using apps. I’ve tried a few over the past year — some with timers, others with blocking features — and while they helped a bit at first, the effect didn’t last forever. I even decided to check the list to see what people recommend and try different options, but the result was pretty much the same. I’d use them actively for a while, feel more organized, and then slowly fall back into old habits. It made me wonder if the issue is deeper than just tools. Do you think apps can actually solve this completely, or are they just temporary support?

Looking at this topic from the outside, it seems like people often expect too much from tools in general. Whether it’s apps, planners, or any other method, they all depend on how consistently someone uses them. It’s interesting how similar patterns appear in different areas of life — initial motivation, then a drop, and then trying to find a more sustainable approach.
